In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to special projects and serve as a liaison for the clinical research medical director. Additionally, you will work closely with the research team to coordinate interdepartmental services, such as transport, anesthesia, EEG, and other specialized needs. Your duties will include verifying insurance benefits for procedures unrelated to research funds, obtaining necessary authorizations, and informing research patients about their financial responsibilities for non-study related standard of care procedures. You will ensure efficient coordination of appointments and procedures while adhering to research protocols and guidelines. As a Clinical Research Scheduler, your primary responsibility will be scheduling diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for clinical research participants across multiple modalities.
